I don’t drink coffee – don’t like it – but I drink a lot of tea. I don’t know if it works the same way (I don’t see why not), but I find it easier to cut down on cups of tea and stop over 3-5 days than to just stop outright, with the consequent headaches and tiredness.

Naproxen quells the no coffee headache quite nicely. But I suppose that’s like giving up one addiction for another
